Automatic Check-in

 

Automatic Check-in is a new facility of Sky Airlines. If you opt for the Sky check-in online option then the airline will automatically complete your procedure and will send you a mail to your registered email id. The mail will contain all the information you need to know about your reservation and the link to your boarding pass and the QR scan that you can show to board the Sky Airlines flight.

Note: 

• The Automatic Check-in facility is only available for domestic flights within Chile and Peru. 
• The boarding that you will receive in your mail is a provisional boarding pass and it will not be valid for boarding.  

 

My automatic Check-In has already been done and I will not be able to travel, what can I do?

 

If your automatic check-in is done but you cannot travel, then you can inform Sky Airlines by following some simple steps; 

• Go to the boarding pass link that you received in your mail Or Go to the “manage your booking” option on the app or “Check-in section” on the official site of Sky Airlines.
• After that, you will see the option "Let us know if you will not fly" on the right side of the screen. 
• Click on that option. 
• Then, you will have to select the passenger who is not going to fly. 
• Once you are done, confirm your action and you are done. The automatic check-in will be canceled. 

Note: If you regret canceling your automatic check-in and if you have not made any changes or refunds to your reservation then you can check in again directly at the airport without any problems. 

Counter Check-in

If you want to opt for the Counter Check-in option, then you can proceed with the following steps to complete your procedure; 

• Visit the airport on the day of your boarding
• Then, find the check-in counter. 
• At the counter, you will get a live agent.
